Batman vs Penguin Comic Book Values

The Penguin is Oswald Cobblepot, a strange little man with an origin and appearance that have changed over time.

He is always slightly played for laughs, and always full of anger if he is not taken seriously.

The Penguin is one of Batman's oldest enemies, and one of the most colorful, made famous especially by Burgess Meredith's portrayal in the 1960s Batman TV series starring Adam West and Burt Ward as the dynamic duo.

This was darkly reprised in 1992 by Danny Devito in the Tim Burton movie, Batman Returns.
