Star Wars #1 30c edition Value?

I found this comic at a flea market and so I was curious to see how much it was really worth online, but I'd also like to get professional help to see if it is real or does have any real value, if you need any more pictures id be glad to send more.

Star Wars #1 is a decent comic in higher grades. Like most Star Wars comics, there are multiple versions:

Regular 30c edition (which yours is)

35c variant edition (which is very rare and extremely expensive)

35c reprints (common and virtually worthless)

Yours is the second-best of the above. It's not a great photo, a bit too small to see any faults. But it does look to be in maybe 9.2 shape.

If you got it graded by CGC, then it would be worth just over $100. The grading fees and postage will cost you about half that much, so you'll have to decide if it's worth it.

Of course, if the grade is higher than my guess, then the prices will reflect that:

9.4: $120
9.6: $195
9.8: $500
