Not a good experience

Please be advised that this company did not do what they said they would do. We followed their instructions precisely durng the sale of our comic books to them - they did not release the payment as stated. The books were in their possession for four days while the funds continued to remain on hold. When questioned about this we were put off stating that the books had not been looked at yet. Which is NOT what they claimed would happen at the beginning of the transaction. When we finally requested that they return our books, they refused snd issued payment immediately. Not a good business practice, to not do what you say you are going to do. We would not recommend your business.

Please state the truth. You received a higher offer after agreeing to sell us your books, and tried to use technicalities to back out of the deal after the fact.

You refunded the original payment (PayPal's decision to hold it, not up to us) and demanded they be returned.

I called my business partner on a Saturday to go to the office and check the collection in personally. They had been waiting because our receiving department was on vacation.

We reissued the payment immediately and concluded our business.
