Not surprised that you had trouble finding this! It's actually listed in Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide under First Issue Special #11.

This is a DC Comics tryout series from 1975-76. The only two issues of any real interest are First Issue Special #8, origin and first appearance of The Warlord, and First Issue Special #13, return of the New Gods.
